Yulia has taught piano to a wide range of students for over 6 years. Her passion to provide the best and most relevant information according to each student’s needs and abilities allows her to tailor each lesson accordingly. Her goal is to enrich the lives of children and others through the understanding and enjoyment of classical and pop music. She strives to create an exciting and entertaining learning environment for students of all ages. Yulia’s goal is not to teach a student to simply imitate, but to learn to appreciate the beauty of music and be able to recreate it.
Presently Yulia is a musical therapy pianist at the Houston Methodist Hospital and teaches independently, in private music schools, and in HISD elementary schools. She hopes that her lessons will help each student discover their potentials, sharpen their creative and logical skills and build a lifelong love and appreciation for music.
